OK, some help needed here. I can't seem to get on to the spreadsheet with this userID and password. I even copied and pasted them so I didn't make dumb spelling or typing errors as I tend to do. What am I doing wrong?

Just had my first run of the month, and it was a brick run, right after my logest bike of year So now I just need 225km.

how is everybody else doing ?

(would have posted before, but after reading ALL the post I ran out of time.............)

One word - BRUTAL!

I'm probably pulling out with the post padding.  I was hit with some news at work on Friday before I left regarding a new "oppotunity", which is going to keep me off BT for quite awhile during the workday, then, my sons have been accepted to play for a traveling basketball team which is starting up this week.

I won't be on that much, it looks like.   I'll miss everyone, but will try to login every once in awhile.

I finished a Mary today. I'm hurtin'. It was a very brutal run. Just around the 11 mile mark before the 1/2-way mark, you get to run on an Ice Age Trail that was VERY hilly, muddy (swampish in the beginning for about 1/4 - 1/2 mile), lots of tree roots and stones that were almost volleyball-sized. Then, you run up a 40-foot tower to get to the 1/2-way turnaround point. Very different.

I'm hittin' the bed early tonight.

I got 5 miles in today and it was a wonderful run! it felt great - hard to explain really
