hmm training wise... I'm right on schedule with runs.  Bike sessions I'm one behind but I should be able to make it up so I hit 100% for the month.

18 minutes left of class... Usually I'd be going to yoga tonight but I have to go to a board meeting that starts at 6:30.  I really enjoy that yoga class, I'm sad I'm missing it.

[rant] Just got off the phone with the insurance company. They're giving me the run around. I've called four times and they show that I only called once "four business days ago." That was when I called to check the status of the claim after they said they would reconsider it. I called 10/1 and they said they just received it. Called again around 10/11 or 12 and they said to check back at the end of the week. Called 10/15 and they said its being processed. Called 10/20 and they said there seems to be a mistake and they are reconsidering it. I call again today and they said they are still looking at it and that I need to give them 7-10 days. Its already been a month. [end-rant]
