I swam my 100s and 50s faster than normal today, cause I was trying to keep up with the gal in the next lane...hee, hee...my shoulder did just fine...so I'm at 8000 yds out of 13,000. I'm glad I didn't bump up my goal. It's been a struggle to get to the pool this month! LMAO!!! good for you! I am really laughing about you trying to keep up with the gal in the lane next to you - I frequently have guys trying to keep up with me That's cuz gals are much more 'hydrodynamic' than guys...hee... |

I've been offline for awhile, so here's an update: 1) Dad is going to be released from the hospital today. 2) I got a swim in this afternoon.
