nope, not yet - there are still way too many icy spots, not to mention the fact that it's been in the below zero windchill factor range - I wouldn't mind the cold so much, but the wind is brutal - and knowing my luck, I'd slip on the ice - LOL it's supposed to get up to 50 on Saturday - so maybe I'll give it a try - although I think I'm only doing 20 min again, maybe 25, can't remember for sure I am starting out with alternating walking and running |

Wish my foot would improve faster, but I need to give it Time. As Tom Petty says, The waiting is the hardest part... I'm still nervous about running outdoors. But the only way to get past that is to try it. And I have been assured by two "professionals" that I can try it. |
