Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Nibbs XVIII lastcall2003 - 2008-03-30 4:49 PM actually i think some people prefer to be on a quiet team I know the nibbs kind of overwhelmed a few team members - of course that was a bit crazy, even for a chatty team - LOL
There are some who request "a quiet team" for that reason. And yes, Nibbs was insane. Insanely fun, as well as just purely insane. |

I checked his logs yesterday. He hasn't even logged onto BT in a month. |

I decided to participate, but I set my goals at 1/2 of the planned training volume. Based on my life these days, I'll feel great if I can make that - wouldn't it be great if I had to revise my goals?
I set low goals for April. It's going to be another crazy month at work.... *sigh* |

well, like I told Sharon, or did she tell me............anyway just because a goal is low in the sense of a number, it can still be a challenge to meet it |

well, like I told Sharon, or did she tell me............anyway just because a goal is low in the sense of a number, it can still be a challenge to meet it I agree. In the post, I said that the numbers are low, but it'll still be tough for me to hit the goals, due to werk.... But being IN the challenge means that I'll HAVE to make some time to work out. And that's a good thing. |

well, like I told Sharon, or did she tell me............anyway just because a goal is low in the sense of a number, it can still be a challenge to meet it exactly! I couldn't believe how hard it ended up being for me to make my March goal - in fact, technically I'm still 5 minutes away from it -

I put a swim goal in for next month. Now, I just need to make sure I leave work in time to get there before the swim teams and water aerobics classes. (Otherwise, I'll never get a lane.) |

TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: Nibbs XVIII I don't have to worry about swim classes, but I do have to be sure to fit it in either before or after the aqua aerobics class I guess a big 'fight' broke out in one of last weeks classes. a couple of guys that were trying to swim laps (even though they aren't supposed to) got into it with one of the guys in the class It must have been something to see - one guy only spoke Chinese, one spoke Russian, and the other spoke English - can you even imagine?? |

I didn't make any team requests, because I like to spread my love on Nibbs. Ha! What is up with sleet after Easter? In VA? Not cool...I rode a stationary at the Y instead of outside because I am a wimp. Hee hee! No sleet here, but plenty of cold and wind I think I'm sitting out during this month's challenge. April is going to be weird. I have a triathlon, DD's birthday, school carnival, lifeguard class and it should be a build month for HIM training. So I'm trying to keep the stress to a minimum without freaking out that I'm letting my team down if I don't get to goal in one of my sports. I'll just see if I can stir up some smack talk on the team threads Come play with Dee and I!!! We chase each other around the team threads whether we are 'in' for the month or not! |

This will make you feel better... I thought my challenge goal was 450 minutes until this weekend when I realised it was 480.... so today instead of a 50 minute spin class I have to add on another half an hour to make goal! Ooops! |
