So I need to learn to keep my mouth shut.  I told a few different people that I would run a marathon with them, since they want to but need the push.  Now they are all actually signing up and/or making plans, looks like I might end up running something like 6 marathons next year.  Some of which are like 2 weeks apart, like the Boulder Marathon and the Chicago Marathon.

I think my 2 big races are going to be the 5430 Long Course Tri in Boulder and the Creastent Moon Long Course Duathlon in Aurora Co.  I know I can do the Marathon distances, and plan on get multiple in, but doing longer distance multisport events, now that's a challenge I haven't completed yet.

Umm maybe you could suggest they all run the SAME marathon....

Tried, but they have different time periods that they are shooting for.  One wants to run in spring, one just had major knee surgery so spring is out, and one leaves in Chicago, so that is her reason for doin that one.  That is the one I am most concerned about attending.  I think I can run the Boulder hard, and then run Chicago as a motivator for my friend.
