Offthegrid - 2009-03-21 7:55 PM I went for a bike ride today, but thankfully not with anyone - my legs were lead, probably from weight lifting yesterday. But I got going a little bit around the 30 min mark. Tomorrow I hope to swim and bike. And hey, maybe I'll throw a short jog in there, too. My PF pain in the right foot is virtually gone. A little twinge here and there, but I'm so glad that (hopefully) it's almost over.

Glad you are feeling better!  Hope the worst is behind you!

That counts? Cause if it does, then I have done that several times already in excess of 20 minutes at a time just to keep the blood flowing in my legs. ;o)

So I will log it as a workout even thought I did not even break a sweat and by the way. What is up with people standing on the moving sidewalk! LOL!!

That's the beauty of this challenge.  Walking for 10 minutes counts!

I avoid escalators and moving sidewalks.  Just a personal preference

Offthegrid - 2009-03-21 7:59 PM So I finally figured out where the "refresh" button was on the new version of IE on my laptop. I'm such a dork. We're so behind with technology at work that some Web sites don't even work, including one of my new vendors'. Grr!

I prefer the term technically challenged That's how I describe myself

i walk up three long flights of stairs every morning and every night - there's an elevator

- when i walk into the building with someone new, i try and guess if they are going to take the stairs or the elevator - i'm usually right

I do five flights to get to my office.  My game is to walk in behind someone who works on my floor and race the elevator.  I am usually at my desk before they are.  (Comes in very handy if it's my boss I'm behind.)

I always do that at hotels if I'm with family or friends and they want to wait for the elevator.  It can be quite comical at times.

D001 - 2009-03-21 6:24 PM Dear Challenge Participants, Don't forget to update your Team Spreadsheet with your 3rd week workout numbers! I'll pull the numbers tomorrow, and give everyone an update on where the teams stand. Record the NUMBER of days you work out each week on the Spreadsheet. (Not times or minutes, just total number of DAYS.) The spreadsheet is set up by weeks. http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pfYL7DR_dx-AdXkFNWvdIJg&hl=e... To log onto the spreadsheet: Email: [email protected] Password: challengeforum

Get all those peachy workouts posted to the spreadsheet!  (Or I'll pull out my motivational poster again.)

Motivational poster? Hm, I must have missed that.

Your motivation is, um... less painful than mine.

Yup! Walking counts (as long as it's 10 minutes or more)!

Just log it in your log as "walking" and you'll get a peachy box on your training calendar!
