Champion 10742 Ames, IA | Subject: RE: Peep Show - The Trilogy Offthegrid - 2009-03-21 7:55 PM I went for a bike ride today, but thankfully not with anyone - my legs were lead, probably from weight lifting yesterday. But I got going a little bit around the 30 min mark. Tomorrow I hope to swim and bike. And hey, maybe I'll throw a short jog in there, too. My PF pain in the right foot is virtually gone. A little twinge here and there, but I'm so glad that (hopefully) it's almost over. Glad you are feeling better! Hope the worst is behind you! |

Champion 10742 Ames, IA | Subject: RE: Peep Show - The Trilogy pwrbunt - 2009-03-21 7:55 PM That counts? Cause if it does, then I have done that several times already in excess of 20 minutes at a time just to keep the blood flowing in my legs. ;o) So I will log it as a workout even thought I did not even break a sweat and by the way. What is up with people standing on the moving sidewalk! LOL!! That's the beauty of this challenge. Walking for 10 minutes counts! I avoid escalators and moving sidewalks. Just a personal preference |

I'm such a dork. We're so behind with technology at work that some Web sites don't even work, including one of my new vendors'. Grr! I prefer the term technically challenged That's how I describe myself |

I always do that at hotels if I'm with family or friends and they want to wait for the elevator. It can be quite comical at times. |
