I managed to survive a half marathon today that I should have never went to, or at least should have taken a DNF.  I was all I could do to keep moving.  From mile 5.5 on I felt bad and since I am fighting some kind of congestion cold it made it very difficult to breath.  Was hoping the run would break everything up, but instead it broke me down.  Hopefully the next few days will be better.
