I entered yesterday. It will be my first... something I have wanted to do for, oh, a gazillion years. Just did my first HIM (Victoria). Nervous and excited.

Any altitude comments on those who have done it already? I live at sea level (Seattle area)... wondering if I should be worried about this/finding a way to train for it?


CDA is not high enough for altitude to be an issue. You should not have any problem. I live at sea level and did the race in 2008 without issue. See you there in 2010.

I'm in for 2010.  I did it in 2008, had a blast!!  If anyone is going to be setting up a CDA 2010 Peeps Blog let me know please.
