When my wife needs to get up extremely early (for a race, work etc.) she puts a Red Bull on her nightstand the night before...

HTFU.  Easier said than done.  Try connecting some electrodes from your alarm clock to a power source and then to your chest.  Thats what I would need.

I have to thank all of you that replied with motivations for this thread.....after being lost ....agian...I decided to check in here last nite & read this thread and another one on the same subject & found the inspiration/motivation to get my a$$ outta bed this morning & get something done! So many of you had great ideas - I think most of them point to basically the same core principles -

1)do you want it or don''t you?
2)htfu
3)just do it
