Subject: RE: IMMOO-Who are we and how's the training going. Yeah I've watched the video a couple of times, thank you for producing it! I was there and camped out for registration last year so I know the transition area, but it was nice to actually see where we come up out of the water and that helix.
I was looking for the athlete guide 'cos I saw it last year, good to know it just hasn't been posted yet.
I kinda figured I'd need a range of potential outer layers 'cos Sept weather in WI is as squirrely as it is here. I've been trying out a number of stuff for running, but all have their faults...plus I've lost 15# over the summer so what was comfy earlier, even in July, isn't any longer.. I'm slow too, so even my long runs only got me to 13 miles. Thank you for the advice, I think I'll get it worked out, but yeah I mostly wanted to make sure there was a semi private area to change into what I need. I'll be out there a long time.
My goal is to finish (which I keep reminding myself ) so I'm not too worried about transition times, but my competitive side keeps pushing back in and stressing me out. |
