I'm lagging behind a little bit:

Bike - at 23.3 of 35hours, although have 6hrs planned on Saturday and 2hrs each on Mon-Tue-Wed. That's a lot of time at the end of the month, so I'll have no wiggle room, but can make it.

Run - at 12.1 of 16hours. Will find a way to get it in. Maybe 30-60min today, ~45-60min on Saturday, and the rest early next week I guess.

It's gonna be busy, but I should m ake it!!

I'm not feeling any pressure, I'll be at 100% on both in time and not by the skin of the teeth!

Here's where I stand:

Bike 430.03 minutes (89%)
Run 383.46 minutes (79%)

I still have a 20 minute short run tomorrow, an 11k run on Sunday morning (about 70 minutes) and another short run planned on Tuesday. The bike objective will most likely be attained on Monday.

Happy training everyone!

Oh oh... I will fall a little short with my run goal...

Could not get my long run in today, thanks to my very "thoughtful" relatives who decided to pay me an impromptu visit on their way home to Montreal from Niagara Falls; took them shopping downtown Toronto late this morning, they are taking me out for dinner tonight and are staying overnight. That puts a serious dent in today's schedule as I also had planned to get my meals ready for my work week.

I'm not too happy about that... A call would have been appreciated...

Edited to add... After getting over the frustration, I can still reach that goal with two shorter runs tomorrow and Wednesday and bike on Tuesday, there!

I lost some time this month from the kiddies and I passing around colds and bugs, but did respectable.  My biggest miss was a 1:15 bike ride that threw me off.  I tried to catch up, but couldn't get it all in.  I still have a 45 minute ride tomorrow morning (that I can't extend since I have to catch a flight).

I should end up around 90% for bike and 95% for run.

First I'd  just like to say great work to all, regardless if you met your goals or not.  It is about the effort put forth and staying dedicated to the lifestyle, with having a bit of fun thrown in

That said, I'm at 98% B and 100% R as of this morning.  20 min left on the bike wihich I can easily do.

GO BLUE!

Well...
Since the ITBS is acting up again, no way I am going to make my run goal, but I am not ready to give up on the bike goal yet!

Oy!  I was down for the count with food poisioning this weekend.  No trainer/treadmill at home and didn't want to be away from my apartment.  Yeah I felt that horrible.  I'm trying to get in as many miles in the next two days considering I missed my long run this weekend.

I'll make both goals but at this point I can't wait to be done with it.  I have enough pressure in doing IMAZ alone, nevermind trying to fit the training into my last 48 days.  UGH.  I have to say though, seeing that some of our team is struggling as much as I am, is actually a comfort...one of those "Oh good, I'm not alone" moments.  Everyone's done a great job though.

I'm done.  Had 1.75 miles on the bike and 7.5 miles on the run to do today...did 4 miles and 8 miles.  Goal met. Yay me.  I hope everyone's had success this month!!

I didn't reach my goals but I got a heck of a lot done!
Managed 242 miles on the bike, almost all of it in the last 4 days!
I was so excited with being on the bike again I was inspired to take a bike maintenance class and finally order some aerobars (coming in tomorrow, woo-hoo!).
It was a kick in the butt to get moving again, thanks guys!!!
