No need to be askeered quite yet, Beth... but if we aren't winning, then yes!! Plus, I feel certain one of you is going to glitterfy and pinkify that cattle prod in the near future. Nope, I wasn't out looking for a cattle prod, I was out sucking wind on a run... literally! More time in the saddle tomorrow.

*cough cough sputter sputter* I am SO glad that I wasn't drinking anything when I read that post.... 'Cause I was just thinking about that cattle prod, and how easy it would be to use some photo editing software to make it PINK... and then load it into Glitterfy to make it sparkly.... LOL |

A cattle prod.......... maybe you should just stick with the tiara Yes, I have quite the collection of tiaras and most of them are just as nice as that one. Nothing says class like maribou. Sometimes when I work out, though, I just go with my 100% Princess visor instead. It's a little less dressy. |

Who else rode today?? Me! me! Pick me! 13.5mi leg of a sprint (shameless plug for RR below ) ... only uphill and downhill, there was a couple hundred yards of flats only. I rrrrrruved it! I placed 3rd in my AG (results were posted in 10s, as in, mine was F 30-39, but unfortunately awards were only given for 31-50, although I missed 3rd very narrowly in that category too! YIPPEE!) And once again (I'll post it per page in case anyone misses it) ... the pinkalicious log-linked roster you can copy 'n' paste into your own blog!

Melon Presser 52116 | Subject: RE: Proud Pink Peeps Out4atime - 2008-03-02 8:54 PM Awesome Race!!!! Way to take out that 10 year old! AH ha ha ha ... thank you. (Taking a bow). Take no prisoners, wipe out the 10-year-olds. That's my motto. Actually, I just read Jocelyn's RR from the same race and apparently he was weaving all over the course and actually went backward on it once, into oncoming bikers (i.e., her). So now I don't feel so bad. Besides, I saw him at the end, he was happy as a clam, sure, there were a few bruises, cuts and scrapes on him, but surely I wasn't responsible for all of them . |
