I got in 30 minutes this morning on the stationary bike, so I'm off to a good start. I'm not sure how far it was though because the display on the bike was wonky. I guess it doesn't really matter though since I'm going for time instead of distance. |

I had spinal fusion surgery 11 months ago and I'm still not back to 100%. So, take it easy on the back and definitely don't push yourself too hard until you know it's healed. I ended up missing 8 days of workouts last month due to tweaking my back again.  |
