lol!!! that was a new one, cot, i mean cat !!! Antti Asu would be a bit closer, or actually precise... anyway, i'm in - biking conditions are pretty good here in bahrain, only that it is a bit windy. when it's windy, it's also plenty of sand in the air - and trainer then. my aim is 300km for this month, first 18 behind!

don't be a marshmallow, be rock solid!!!

Sorry - I should know too... its not the first challenge youve done! Sorry!

I think my brain is not so good on the detail

Happy Birthday, Cat!! Finally old enough to drink legally, eh?

Well, I had my first bike commute day this morning... 18.4 miles, but more importantly, another 75 minutes to add to the log. Woo Hoo!!

Happy training, all.

35 minutes on the trainer.  I REALLY need to start bike commuting.  2 plus hours on the trainer is going to get unbearable...

Hey Puft Folks,

Anyone out there willing to post my miles for me? I am unable to make changes on the logs. I can post my miles on Saturday. Or even better send an inspire with my miles on Saturdays.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hey Amy,

Did you click on the "edit" link on the bottom right of the sheet? That should take you to a login screen where you enter the username/password from above.

If that doesn't work for ya, I'd be happy to post your miles.

Cheers,
Jim

I was able to edit the spreadsheet without any problem. I got in 30 minutes this morning on the stationary bike, so I'm off to a good start. I'm not sure how far it was though because the display on the bike was wonky. I guess it doesn't really matter though since I'm going for time instead of distance.

Got it, my total is entered. This is different than my last challenge! Can someone verify that my total  is entered?

Now, how do I fix the % for the week sum. The formula is wrong , should be F?=C?/E? . The sum formula is reversed and showing that I have .1745% for the week, has anyone else noticed this?

Mine is like that too. I have no clue as to how to fix it. If you figure it out, pass it my way,

It was fixed when I entered my numbers.  I just switched it to a readable % format.  1 hr down, 6 to go.

I'm gonna try and bike commute next week.  If that happens, I'll be upping my goal...

Hey everyone!!!  I may ride my bike into town this evening for a CPR class if my back is feeling up to it!  I'm getting a little cranky about not being able to exercise very much.  Have a super wonderful day!!!

Way to go, team!

I'm committed to commuting to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so that alone will give me ~5 hrs/week. So far, 285/1200 done...

Happy training.

Owl Girl - as someone who also suffers from back issues, I feel your pain! I had spinal fusion surgery 11 months ago and I'm still not back to 100%. So, take it easy on the back and definitely don't push yourself too hard until you know it's healed. I ended up missing 8 days of workouts last month due to tweaking my back again.

Hi fellow puft's,

2 spin classes this week and my 2 hr bike ride on monday leave me at 4/14 hours...wtg all! Just as a side note, I ran 4 miles today pain free (coming back from pf...slowly but surely).

Thanks B!  Back issues are so annoying.  I'm listening to my body.  I went for a nice little bike ride yesterday.  I want to ride again today but my back is a little stiff.  Better go for that planned swim instead!

OK.  Here is the milage update.  I'm at 45 of 175 miles!  Woo Hoo!!!  Cheers to everyone!
