I know, I know. I'm feeling very lazy today. I hate it.

I'm keeping my 15 minutes, 3x a week. No excuse for failure this week!! Gotta work off that burger and fries from the weekend.

I have yet to do an ab workout this week. I'll be doing them Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Not the smartest way to train.

Here's another one for yor arsenal. You can do this one at home. Start in the plank on your hands instead of elbows. Touch one hand to the other and go back and forth for a count of 40. Do 3 sets.

I do a version of this ... up and down from my hands to my elbows ... is hard. ;-)

I got 1 1/2 workouts out of 3. I need to try to get some of these ab workouts knocked off in the beginning of the week.

This week I'm going to change it up a little and have a goal of 3 x 15 mins. I'm getting a little tired of just crunches.

I've been pretty focused on blowing off the workouts for the May pushup challenge instead of not doing my abs workouts. I can really only handle being remiss in one challenge at a time. It's hard on my ego when I fail two challenges at the same time. I guess I'm out. It was fun and I got some much needed work to the mid section.
