Convince me this is a bad idea (Page 3)

Ok, So here's want happened. I rode the road bike. After getting the advice of several of you, esp Keyone, I decided to take my level headed training partner to the LBS with me. On the way we discussed the pros and cons of me getting a tri bike right now. When we got to the LBS he agreed that the P2C is a sweet ride but advised me against getting it. The cute saleslady was quite suprised when I told her I was going to take a pass on the bike. So what I've decided to do is get a fitting at the local tri store, They will set up my roadie and record all my measurements. If I end up getting a bike from them they'll credit the cost of the fitting towards the cost of the tri bike. A fair deal in my opinion.
