Subject: RE: Team #4 - August 4 is More ChallengeHola Teamies, I just finished a Run-Bike brick (yep, it was reverse ). My oh my, the new neighborhood is sure hilly...and definitely not rolling hills. The run was 11 minutes. I wandered and managed to locate the local beach club. I ran back up to my place, grabbed my helmet and bike and then did 14 minutes of hill riding. I guess that the workout was short, but it was nice and intense. I will have to double it when I have more time. And then I can triple it....and then quadruple it......  |
