Subject: RE: Brett's Group - FULL I just wanted to know how everyone's feeling about their training. As you progressing the way you want to? I'm not as consistent with the days I train as I'd like to be (I end up doing a lot of run/bike combo days), but I'm getting all my training in. I feel like my 'wind' is coming back to me. I like this a lot and feel like my health is starting to roll back around. Although, I'm not seeing much weight loss (I'm not seeing any gain either though). How are the rest of you doing? |
