In order to properly pick a "winner" I'm going to need to see more of the leg rash in picture two of tripletmom's photos....and pehaps a lower camera angle as well....I'm just having a hard time dertermining the true extent of the injuries....Any help would be appreciated....

All I can say is wow.....I can't help but cringe when i look at these. I guess I am just happy I have no road rash pictures to put up.....well yet anyway. Hope all of you healed up fast after those crashes.

You should see my leg and shoulder - actually you shouldn't.

I had my dog's leash in my hand and, given that she's handy to have around, I think I swung it behind me to make sure I didn't fall on her. That left me without a hand to stop my fall so I just skidded along the road.

but a running helmet - that might have helped.

broken neck. broken shoulder. bad concussion. not much road rash though, just lots of holes/chunks cut out of my shoulder/bicep by shattered glass. happened august 18th 2007
