Another Thursday night ride sprintfest put to bed.

3 of 6 done! Hmmm. Maybe I shoulda said 8. Maybe we'll get points for being overachievers.

Long, but fun ride report on my blog. Thursday night rides really are like Tour stages. We have a peloton, leader groups to chase down, mid-stage sprints, a "mountain section" - all the good stuff. And then we came home and watched the Tour. Does it get any better than that?? Oh wait, did I mention the cold beer and teriyaki takeout? MMmmmmmm!!!

Did hills...in honor of the guys. Of course my hills are not as steep and long as theirs. But tough enough for me.

8/21    2:31:02 // 36.54mi // 14.5 Avg mph

Hills again tomorrow.

I did 9/21 today as part of my Bike/Run brick: The following contains some Info about todays stage.....

1:01:48 // 14.78mi// 14.3 Avg Mph    Rolling road

What a day on the Tour! I felt so bad for Michael Rogers (I know he is not on our team, but having to quit after that crash) He just looked so sad and stricken and injured. Just made me want to cry. On a good note Iban Mayo was really great this afternoon. Have a great week Team....and oh goody a rest day from the bike tomorrow!!!

Hey there team! I'm back home from a most excellent EPIC ride on the "TOUR". This is far and away the most challenging, fun, awesome, greatest ride I've been on. If any of you have the opportunity to do this Group Health Seattle to Portland ride in 08', then don't hesitate!

Ell-In-Or.......there is no excuses for missing this next year since you live in Portland!

I'll try to get a RR done tommorrow for anyone that would like to read the nitty gritty's.

The best part is that I felt great this morning! Very little soreness or fatigue, which is unbelievable because I did this ride on 1 hour of sleep!! (no kidding) Details of the fiasco will be in my upcoming RR.

GO SAUNIER DUVAL! LET'S GET IT DONE THIS WEEK! WHOO HOOO!

Rode out to Blue Lake to meet NightOwl. Scoped out our 12 mile ride leg for the tri we're doing on the 28th, checked how far out the run turnaround would be, and rode home after swimming.

4 of 6 I think? I'm not good at keeping track. I don't count swim laps very well either.
