Good morning all. Never got to spin class yesterday-went home after lab to study for my big exam this afternoon. Circuit Analysis-yuck! Not sure what I'll get to today, supposed to run, but I'm beat already. As far a coffee goes I prefer a Mocha Latte with Soy Milk, and that's about it.

I got a point at lunch today - ran 3 miles on the dreadmill

it's POURING outside

it wasn't too bad though, one of my coworkers went also, helped it to be less boring

It's pouring and miserable here too I'm glad I did my running last night when it was still nice.

are you going to get to see him again before he leaves town?

I tagged along for dinner last night with his nephew and his fiance. There were supposed to be some other friends of his but one of them got sick. I can't believe he has a nephew old enough to live in NYC and be engaged! I think he's sticking around for a couple more days, not sure if he'll grace me with his presence though

"It's" pouring?  You mean "I'm" pouring (drinks), and "I'm" miserable cuz 1TT isn't here that often to give me more shat.

Awww, you know me too well! And yes. It pains me to admit that I do miss taking shat from you on a regular basis

what happened to all the freaks?

Drinking wine perhaps?

out of styrofoam cups?

on a train?

I hate to disappoint, but I was drinking bourbon out of a proper glass. In a cheap, divey bar of course

Maybe we should alert the emergency services... wanted, one girl, blonde, with a bottle of wine, a styrofoam cup covered head to toe in clothing from 2XU

ROTFLMAO!!!!

Suspect may be in possession of a busted crackberry... as a result she may have lost her mind...

oh no!!!

say it isn't so!

Hahahahahaha! You guys kill me! Don't worry, the crackberry is still functional and will come in handy for many, many, many mobile posts

How does everyone else have their coffee? I have one of those little stove-top percolators. Apparently they're not the best because the water is boiling when it passes through the coffee. Tastes fine to me, I'm no conneiseur, I'm not fussy!!! LOL. On weekends I'll buy expresso coffee. My favourite is a long macchiato made with skim milk. Mmmmm

PS - we don't have Starbucks in Perth. But I don't like coffee sweetened with syrups etc. Give it to me straigh!!! (with some skim milk LOL).

There's actually a place in the world with no Starbucks???

LazyMarathoner - 2008-11-13 11:53 AM Hey Phil! What up?

Just a lunch-by post cuz I miss ya's.

Did 2goggs leave, or is he still crashed out?

He's in NYC all week for work. I may meet up with him and a bunch of his friends later. Ironically he works about 2 blocks from me but with my retarded schedule, it's not like I actually get to see people.

Do you mind me asking what you do for a living?

Not at all. You'd think I was a brain surgeon with the hours I work, but I'm in public relations, primarily in the beauty industry. I'm a consultant now after working full time for 11 years so I tend to keep an odd schedule, but on the flip side, I have a lot of flexibility. Summer is slow in the business so I worked from home and trained pretty much full time June - August. You can't beat that!

Wraith28k - 2008-11-14 12:12 AM Hey Freaks! I hope everyone is doing well... the weather here has been crazy and I think it's starting to get to me. I haven't had as much energy as I'm used to. Really hope I'm not getting sick. I'm trying to keep up with my workouts, but it is rough when getting out of bed seems like a lot of effort. Stay safe out there everyone! Go Freaks!

Keep it up! Just remember, something as simple as walking counts, you don't have to go crazy!

Hey freaks, I did a little spreadsheet updating and will try to have a look at the end of the reporting period. We're looking pretty good but could use a little boost and there's still today and tomorrow! Great work everyone!
