I would just like to point out that the mentoring is for triathlete stuff. Not... um... other hot and sweaty activities. He may still mentor you on those, but please don't post about them here, you can just pm me!

what i do know is that the Y just recently 'shifted' to start thinking in terms of WELLNESS vs a focus on fitness, but in our discussion, Dave said that its more of a name change than anything really substantative....THOUGH....he would like to see our Y be different in that respect hence his wholehearted reception of the whole wellness coach idea.

i think we just might be on to something.
