My typical weekend - I am gone most of the time but I will try and stop by more often since we are in such a heated challenge. That is inbetween pullups, pushups, and commutes - LOL I'll be around for a short time tomorrow morning. I'll stop back again in the evening, but I'm pretty sure I'm responsible for a fair amount of posts during the day.  I should be able to spend some time in THE VILLAGE on Saturday and Sunday, too. Not sure about Monday since it's a holiday and the kids and I may do something together. |

I keep day dreaming about my run The couple I am meeting are sub 7min 5k pace types. I just try and hang on for dear life and they go slow for me! Every single mile I have run in the past 2 years has been by myself. There have been a few times when I wish I knew people to run with so I could have a run like that. Hang tough Bill! |

Are you still running in your Vibrams? Actually I am not. They did not make the problem go away so I am back to my flats and seeing if the light cushioning might help! I go back in my mind to what I honestly changed up for the problem to get so bad. It used to bother me periodically but never during runs for my marathon. If I get back up to 2 outdoor runs a week I am investing in a new pair of shoes and am contemplating a pair with limited support to see how that works. I still wear them goofing around and will wear them trail running again next spring but for now they are on the shelf. Have you started at all? I'll walk around in them from time to time. I was wearing them to work almost every day but stopped wearing them when all the rain started. I haven't run in them yet, except in the yard. I have been too paranoid about getting hurt before my marathon to try running in them yet. |
