G'morning!

You're up early.

This is early, to me.

Already got a ride in, just went to the shower and grabbed breaky, get another ride in tonight (my commute basically) which will bring up around 48kms or 10% of my bike goal for the day

In at work early, in theory should be able to get out early

Stacie, feel free to correct me on any of the following:

- Labs, for being "shorthair" dogs, shed an unbelievable amount. Bags full. You really gotta stay on top of the coat AND undercoat.

- Labs will try to swim or play with any available water source, including the toilet bowl and the water dish. Try to wash them, however, and they get upset.

WHAT?! Of course they do. Maybe not currently. Cat saw them as recently as several months ago.

Really?! I will have to try harder. I looked briefly and then google told me they were discontinued over here...
Will look more thoroughly at the weekend and report back.

TriAya - 2010-10-07 4:35 PM Stacie, feel free to correct me on any of the following:

Yes - I have a golden lab/retrieve mix and my black lab who doesn't have the thick fur sheds more. I vacuum daily and I am not sure how my dogs have hair left with what I vacuum up.

Yes - we keep the lids down and door closed so they aren't in the toilet.  The puppies big thing right now is feet in the water bowl when he drinks.  The other surprise - he hates being in the tub for a bath but loves the tub to play and splash or the shower between mommies legs when she showers. Bath no thanks.  The puppy we lost in March loved the huge rank mud puddle in the spare lot next to ours. The day he found it I gave him 4 baths since he kept going back and getting muddy (he was golden) - finally after that I gave him to Dear hubby and told him to handle it.

Good luck with no dog hair.  We have a room that the dogs can't go into so it is dog hair free for relatives to sleep in when they come.

Mmmm, I think we have 4 winners there. I'm going to go with the soup, tacos (mmmm), DIY pizza and modify the pork for a pork and apple casserole with veggis I think....

I just threw all the animals out so I could have a bowl of cereal in peace, never mind the hair. I know it's lurking in there!
