Pro 4541 A farming town in MN | Subject: RE: Nibbs XI TriAya - 2008-01-04 4:23 PM I need some Nibbin advice ... have no appetite whatsoever but tummy is grumbling (haven't eaten anything today, just drunk lots--water, tea, OJ) ... here are the options - cheese/broccoli hot pocket - pop tart - ramen - chicken soup (YUCK I AM SO SICK OF CHICKEN SOUP) - yogurt w/ honey - oatmeal - grape nuts cereal (i'd probably do it warm) - organic white meat chicken nuggets and rice - whole wheat bread I'd go with the chicken nuggets and rice. Something about rice and ANY protein that seems to calm my stomach. |
