I also saw that you swam today. (Although, by the time you read this, it'll be your yesterday.) Cat -- This is just a challenge. If it means that you don't swim because you're not feeling well, it's ok. Meeting your swim goal, at the expense of your health... well, it's just not worth it. Do what you need to do to get better!!!!! |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Avenging Angels We've been asking some questions about how the spreadsheet for this month's challenge will work, in terms of reaching percentages. Here is Donto's reply: It's not really donated to them in the sense we take yardage from here and put it there. In the individual % column the team can exceed 100% even though some may not have reached 100%, this is how it is "donated" to them. However in the Team % ("overall goal met" column) this will not be 1 or 100% regardless as it max's out at 100%. He set it up this way, so that if one team member really falls short of his/her goal, it doesn't impact the team as much. So here's what happens in a situation where: And if you look at the Results spreadshet, this is what you'd see: The Individual % column would read 100%. The Team column would be 90%. The Team Combined % (Determines Winners) would be 95%. |

Expert 715 Twin Cities | Subject: RE: Avenging Angels Sweet on the way that our team shares distance towards our team's final numbers... especially for the people who, ahem, have been sick this month... which I think is pretty much everyone... but some of us were considerably more aggressive with total distance goals. |

Congratulations, Kendra! yeah, I figure if I can aim for 10K a month I should go over. And since I do love those vacations the months I take those, I'll do less yardage. I peeked, and Dee did 98K in 2007. |

Pro 4339 Husker Nation | Subject: RE: Avenging Angels Set a 500-yard PR and hit 101% today. GO ANGELS! Not sure if I'll be able to contribute any more. I have church tonight at 7:00, then I have to go to work from 10:00p until 6:30a, going to try to get some shut-eye before our "Discovery" class at 10:45AM, after that I'm going to come home, eat, then sleep again so I can get up and work from 10:00 tomorrow night until approx 4:30 Monday afternoon. Blech... If I'm up before the pool closes [at 8:00] I may be able to get some more yardage in, but I'm not counting on it. |
