Yup our network is covering it live with local commentary and stuff from one of the US networks... its REALLY important to the rest of the world who wins..

Although it seems that based on the research I saw most of the international communities (out side the USA) are pretty unanimous on their prefered candidate!

Right now, I think it's more speculation than anything else. I mean - how do they KNOW the results, when the polls closed two minutes ago? It made me crazy. So I turned off the TV and came to play on Nibbs.

I was thinkin' the same thing checking MSN.com
How can tehy say a candidate won a particular state when only 3% of the precincts are reporting?

Because went through the course so quickly-less than one week-we are allowed to bring in one 3"x5" index card with notes or whatever. I wonder how small I can print my notes and still be able to read them.

Bring a magnifying lens. Just in case.

There is a really nice microscope next to my desk. I don't think the printer that I have access to is able to print with that much detail.

Well, you convinced me.  Dinner:  canned peaches, banana, ham and candy corn.

Yeah, I heard about this. But I have a tiny problem.... The nearest Starbucks is....... um. I have no idea where the nearest Starbucks is. But I can tell you that there isn't a single one around here. Next, the Ben and Jerry's problem. Yeah, you guessed it. There's not a single Ben and Jerry's anywhere around here. I really need to move.....

Heh, thanks! My own requirements are more like this: NEW JOB WANTED!!! Candidate willing to work long hours online - provided she never needs to actually come in to work. Job must have/be: 1.) Within ten miles of indoor pool - and said pool must NOT have cockroaches. 2.) Flexible work schedule to allow for swimming and junk food runs. 3.) Access to highspeed internet conncetion, so as to increase BT post count. 4.) MUST HAVE LOTS OF HOT, SINGLE MEN.

I went to the grocery store to purchase some hospitality items for my tourney tonight... it consisted of a block of ice and two bags of chocalate... oh, I just remembered, I could keep the chocalate and serve them Quaker Protein Bars

You'd think they would have learned after that whole Florida fiasco. But noooooooo.....

I'm convinced that all this "voting" is a waste of time... the media has gotten together and decided on who they will report as "winning" irregardless of the votes.  That is how they "know" who will win... b/c THEY are the ones deciding... have you noticed how the media has been trying to "sway" people to "vote" a certain way, so their candidate will "win", this is so that it won't be surprising and no one will question it.

Just a little psychotic skepticism....

Goood idea... I just heard 'it looks like Norht Virginia will go for McCain'.. then I heard a big BOOOOO in the office.... lol

Guess that pretty much sums up the general feeling here... Im not sure I really know enough to have an opinion!

Fruit sugar is just fructose. I, however, am seeking out sources of sucrose - mixed with chocolate.

Yes - I have had no junk food all week and the only sugar Ive had is whats in milk and fruit.. Im feeling deprived....

I was actually not eating a lot of junk food. Then I got sick last week. And now I'm eating junk food again. Somehow, I feel better when eating junk. LOL

ummm thats unusual... I know if Ive been eating lots of chcolate it takes awhile for the cravings to subside... 

Right now every night after dinner Im having a glass of milk with a flavoured straw thingy to get me through that whole dessert craving thing!
