Adults sleep most of the time, I'm busy if there is an ER admission or code from the floor. I don't have seniority so my loggin doesn't allow me to surf, but if a coworker with seniority doesn't log out then we can do some surfing on the down time. One of my twins was in NICU you guys are great! Some day if we move and we are close to a hospital with a NICU, I would love to give back.
If you want to give back w/o being near a NICU, you can always make donations to March of Dimes or Children's Miracle Network.
