32!!!  Did the new longer run lunchtime circuit - along a disused light rail track - now a cycling/footpath.    75 degrees and raining...pretty humid, I believe I may have melted.

I will trade with you for a couple days, it was 11 degrees for my run this morning and winter hasn't even started yet.

I like the cold weather running, we have been in the 20's and 30's here so far. I had a nice 5.6 mile tempo run today and it was 30 degrees out. I ran in shorts because it was not real windy nor snowing. Today was day 370 too.

Ran on the treadmill for the first time in months.  It wasn't sooo bad.  Looking forward to getting back outside tomorrow though.

I decided to do 31 runs in 31 days for December... but actually started 11/24.  I didn't want to sit around for the last week of November.

Today was day 5, 14 mile long slow run on the treadmill.  Up at 4 am to be done before getting kids up for school.  Ready for a nap at work right now.

Funny.  60 minutes is my usual max for a treadmill, but unfortunatly, it was my only option today. Even at mile 13.5, I had to resist the urge to stop and just say, close enough - I'm done.

I agree running that long on a dreadmill is insane. I did one 15 mile run on the dreadmill two winters ago and swore I would eat a bullet before I did anything more than intervals on it again. i have done 10 mile marathon pace runs a couple of times in the winter because the snow was too deep to run and maintain that pace but for me it is painfull, I would rather be outside.

#38 and back outside.

Outside is better, even though it was sub freezing and I am trying to fight off an oncoming cold.  I just like getting from point A to B to C and so on.  And even though its cold, its really the only fresh air I get all day besides walking back and forth to the car.

I am not a treadmill hater though, its great for hills and speedwork, even grinding out a long run is not so bad every now and then if you have something decent to watch or some good music.  Also, you can mentally drift off, and not lose pace.

#80....3 miles again...went over 100 miles for the month tonight.  That's the first 100 mile month since my PF injury back in April, so really happy about that.  I did 92 miles last month so I'm holding back a bit this week after 5 weeks of upward mileage/time.  If all holds, I'll be right at 107 this month.....probably look to hit 120 next month and then hold it there for a few months while I start to add my bike and swim back in.

So far, running every day has been gold for me.
