Woohoo! A group zapping! At least *I'll* be having fun! As for swimming well versus poorly.... well, can't I just zap you either way? I mean, I've traveled so far with my little cattle prod, it would be a shame to not use it....

The way my swimming stroke is, I am not sure anyone will notice whether I am getting electrically shocked or just trying to swim a fast lap.....LOL!

hi guys, here's the check in:

I will definitely not have 50% this weekend, cuz my goals were all set knowing last week would be almost nothing- but fear not, I'll have them all done by the end of the month! and will make a push this week for sure.

 Got a serious flat on my way to work this morning, so that was 45 minutes of biking lost- blew out the whole tire so i've gotta get that fixed...

 Good luck with the 50% goals this week!

Ditto.  I had a light week last week as a sort of mini taper.  But I'll be building back up over the next three weeks and will definately hit all my goals.  No cattle prod necessary!

Yeah, I'm hoping to have 50% this week but since I have a race on Sunday I might ease up toward the end of the week. It's a mini tri so I won't expend as much energy as a sprint, Oly, etc...but I still want to be well rested for the race. I'll have to make up anything I am slacking on next week because I sure don't want to post a photo of me in my bikini...especially since I don't OWN a bikini!!!

I origanally planned to work a lot on swimming because that is the sport I enjoy the most; however, I would like to do an olymplic distance triathlon and half marathon this summer so I know I need to work more on the biking and running.
I originally had this as my goal:
Swimming: 27 hours
Biking: 5 hours
Running: 5 hours

I did not give myself enough biking and running time, so is it okay if I change my goals to:
Swimming: 17 hours
Biking: 10 hours
Running: 10 hours

Go for it! The total time is still the same, you've just split it up differently. And your reasons for the request make sense to me. So yes, you can go ahead and change your goals on the spreadsheet.

ok, so i was no where near a computer yesterday. BUT i did get a ride in, and i ALMOST got a swim in (does almost count?) and i ran this morning, so i'll go update my log. i have no idea if i'll hit 50% this week or not, but with the penalty and all-well, i'm downright terrified--NO one wants to see this white/blue/glow in the dark-chick in a swim suit!! LMAO. seriously, i make raw chicken look tan!!

julie, did you find out anything from your biopsy yet? i should visit your log probably. haven't been good at getting out and inspiring lately have i? ok ok. i'm on it.
