Got in my 30 min. with a 2 miler "power" walk. Feel better now. Chalk me up a point! go Phil! Sounds like the team is on a good start for points then. Since this was a double post I figured I'd edit. I'm stretching and it might be the most painful thing I've ever had to do. Cat, I'm sleeping in my new compression tights for recovery, I'll have to let you know if they help at all, I know you're exploring compression! The crackberry is a swiss-knife of the SmartPhone technology, so, post the pic. I do take tons of self photos with the crack for my blog and stuff, or because I'm racing alone, but not of the tights! |

Well, we are light years ahead of anybody, really, in challenges, post-padding, and just having a great time. I was rude. I deserve a spanking. Yes. I should be spanked and be told to play nice with others. |

Does that make sense? Im not very good at it but I usually hit the quote button to reply and then just copy the table out of there and post it in my log.. sometimes it does funny things to it though... So there might be a better way? Thanks that worked for me!!! I hope we haven't scared you away! Hmmmm. We seem to have that effect on some people. Should we be offended? |

A conversation with L#1 - then we sent an email to a few people. Then they suggested more people... talking in hallways etc... The fact Im overweight and not super fit I think really helps... because Im a 'normal person' not a super skinny, super fit, scary person if that makes sense? You calling me scary? Because I look like a zipper when I turn sideways and stick my tongue out? Awwwww, Cat, you wounded me. Stuck me hard. I'm going to pout now. Cry big crocodile tears. And make you feel guilty. VERY guilty. So guilty that you will have to fly all the way back here and beg for my mercy. Lol - no you are seriously not scary... How about I give you a cuddle.... im all soft and squishy so really good for cuddling! Soft and squishy has some extremes, from a marshmallow to mud. I hope you're not mud. Do you really tell women they may be marshmallow or mud? It's a good thing you're already married.... |
