I got a point at lunch today - ran 3 miles on the dreadmill

it's POURING outside

it wasn't too bad though, one of my coworkers went also, helped it to be less boring

It's pouring and miserable here too I'm glad I did my running last night when it was still nice.

"It's" pouring?  You mean "I'm" pouring (drinks), and "I'm" miserable cuz 1TT isn't here that often to give me more shat.

Awww, you know me too well! And yes. It pains me to admit that I do miss taking shat from you on a regular basis

So, an irregular basis will do?

I guess it'll have to do

LOL! If you guys can believe it, my address is 666. Imagine the reaction I get every time I have to give it out to someone.

That's scary.  You better carry a crucifix witchou, and then hang another crucifix on your apt. wall, or a black velvet "The Last Supper".

You know, my life did turn to carp after I moved here. Oh well. If it didn't turn to carp, I wouldn't have been on the verge of a nervous breakdown, wouldn't have had that brilliant idea, "hey, maybe I'll do a triathlon," wouldn't have learned to swim and wouldn't be here and know all of you! So maybe it's a good thing

I'm back.  Its wet and cold and YUCKY here.  This is the type of day where I wish I had a fireplace to sit in front of with a good book, a blanket and a mug of coffee and baileys.

OOOoooh your so sweet.   I think though after a 14+ hour ride in the car with hubby and 2 kids might need a little something stronger than baileys.

How does everyone else have their coffee? I have one of those little stove-top percolators. Apparently they're not the best because the water is boiling when it passes through the coffee. Tastes fine to me, I'm no conneiseur, I'm not fussy!!! LOL. On weekends I'll buy expresso coffee. My favourite is a long macchiato made with skim milk. Mmmmm

PS - we don't have Starbucks in Perth. But I don't like coffee sweetened with syrups etc. Give it to me straigh!!! (with some skim milk LOL).

There's actually a place in the world with no Starbucks???

That is hard to believe!

Not that you would know, right?

LazyMarathoner - 2008-11-14 8:35 AM Hey freaks, I did a little spreadsheet updating and will try to have a look at the end of the reporting period. We're looking pretty good but could use a little boost and there's still today and tomorrow! Great work everyone!

Today I swim.  Tomorrow, it's just over an hour of eval running and then Sun. starts my official first 20 week IM training program.

From elsewhere.  My friend, who has done Kona twice, and just recently got certified with being a personal trainer, is taking me under his wing - for FREE!  The only thing is that I can be his reference when his business takes off.  NO PROBLEM HERE!
