When we used to be seriously into remote area backpacking we used to drink Turkey and Tang because it was easy to pack. We also once brought tequila and used lemon Crystal Light instead of a lime. I need to mega work on my running miles, but worked out a plan for the next two weeks. So I should have it done. It's been a rough couple of days for me. Yucky relationship issues (still continued from before), I think I've made myself sick from worry... seriously. Everything will work out, I have full faith that it will... just a rough patch that needs to get smoothed over. I also got my period in full force this morning and was cramping so horribly from it. I was going to run double what I did today, but under my emotional and physical conditions, just couldn't do it. I had to literally force myself to get out and do the 2 miles that I did! Tomorrow will be a better day. I just know it will. I'll run on the treadmill a little in the morning and then will be swimming after my last class. Have a great night everyone! |
