Champion 10742 Ames, IA | Subject: RE: The Ghoulie's: We Are Doing What We Are Loving December Challenge skrtrnr - 2009-12-13 6:55 AM MORNING GHOULIES. todays a crazy juxstaposition to yesturdays FRIVOLITY. our family is attending a candle lighting ceremony at the Caring Place (Center for grieving children&their families) later on today. we attended last year for the first time, and was a very meaningful and healing event. our nephew was killed in a car accident 2 years ago, and as a family we attended the Caring Place. we are thankful for this community that sorrounded us (and continues to surround us) in our time of grief. we miss C something fierce. he's remembered in our hearts. always. to life, well lived. stacieb Sounds like a good way to honor/remember your nephew. It's always a tragedy when someone loses their life so young. |

SNAP! we never got a call/notification though, so i hauled azz to get from the Y to the Center, all for not! BAH! but i managed to get in an itty bitty tri. 800 yd swim. 30 mins spin. 1/2 mile run. then added in 30 mins of ST just cuz. hope everyones having a fantabulous day. gonna enjoy Happy Hour with my tri club peeps tonight.
