Why don't you 2 come run the Mississippi Marathon 10K on 1/13 with me?

I'm not tackling a mary until I can do it well (under 5:00 and without being a mess for weeks afterwards). I think your first mary should be more than a "I survived" kind of experience.

A) That won't get me out of seeing family.
B) Too far for me, especially since I have a 10K on the 7th, and a 7 miler on the 21st.
C) I agree with the last part whole-heartedly. That's part of my concern with people deciding to jump in and "do a marathon". Not to spark up the cut-off debate again.
