Good afternoon blisters....I am feeling a little blue today. It's monday. Skipped the swim, regret it now. Legs are a little sore after Saturdays run, so no running today. I have a bit of a headache that won't go away. Blisters dropped out of second. I am tired of some or all of my extremities being cold all the time. It's still January. Having problems with a very good (or so I thought) friend. Bright side the sun came out. Smile I stopped in here to feel better.

Julie I love your new avatar such a cute.....mule? I have never seen a horse open it's mouth so wide.

Tammy...we are not out of the loop yet...we did not log all of our miles and are close...so, walk for us if you can....we need your help to spring us to the top...so, even a walk would not only stretch those legs out...but would get us closer to our first place!!! COME ON! you can do it!

I am off to work..and sorry that you are a bit blue...probably because it is soo cold there...layer clothing and run, walk or crawl...but we need you! remember you are our tough chick...and I will make a better, bigger and brighter award if you do this for us! ;o0 have a great day!!!!!!! and seriously feel better...do not likey when Tammy not happy!

Thanks Julie I will get out there and run tomorrow.  20 miles on tap for tomorrow to hit my goal and 2.5 on thursday for about 10% over my goal.  I won't let you down.

I knew we could count on our tough blister chick! go girl go!

I think we need to make a bet upon ourselves....

for my bet, I will go to the very cold and rainy - outdoor swimming pool and I will swim ten meters for every percent that our team makes over the 120% mark....besides my own...hehe...so, right now...it looks as though I would have to swim 450 meters for the extra miles Christian has put in for us....he is a running fool!! Who is going to make me swim more....come on...I know you want to get me really tired in the pool...!!!

ANY TAKERS? I think we need to up this anty and as Beth said...let the games begin!
I wish I could do more...but I am at my limit...so, all I can do is hope to inspire you all to run, walk, crawl, but get out there and meet those goals you set out! you will not only feel better for it, but you will be helping to boost us up in the rankings....

Yay Isabelle! Do not do anything to get yourself in trouble at work...but if you can, that would be great. It looks as though we have a few who may be needing your help....and that is what we are here for...to help each other....;o)   I have seen that other teams are at 100%, so we need ALL YOU BLISTERS TO RUN LIKE YOU ARE SCARED! and if you need motivation on the dreadmill....i have a new and inventive way of exercising on them and in a group setting....this is great......hehe

am going to try for a long run tomorrow. see how my side feels, but i have like 13 miles left and only 3 days, so i gotta get ON it!! IF IF IF i can get a good long run, i think i can knock out at LEAST 6 or 7 of those 13 miles--then the last two days should be cake.
hhhmmmmmm did someone say cake??!?

You are on!, but I hate to make such a nice person suffer. How about a Margarita for every percent over...you'd be happy!  I have a run scheduled for Thursday at 2.5 miles, so I hope to be about 10% over.  I would run more but I am limited by my hip and IT band, which given the extra run on Saturday, is still not 100%, and I don't want to set it back.

Today is Tuesday, and there is no sun, no snow, just the darn cold, but Monday is gone and life is good. Said friend's BD is today and I took the high road and sent birthday wishes....just doing that made me feel better. I am sure they won't be acknowledged, but I am ok with it.

I ran 2 miles which puts me at 100%, and I have a 2.5 run planned for the last day of the month, putting me at about 10%. Hope it helps the team.

YAY Tammy...way to suck it up and run with a bad hip...PLEASE do not overdo...I would feel terrible...as should the twisted blisters who are not keeping up and in turn you are running for them.....

I like the idea of margaritas - do I have to drink them in one sitting? Somehow, I do not think that it will push others to run if they see I am getting to drink my fav drink...unless they are wanting me to get totally looped and be out of commission for days from a hangover....hey, maybe that's the key! you may be on to something! ;o)

Be careful Tammy, as much as I want you to run...I REALLY do not want you to have a set-back...Twisted Blister win or NOT! ;O) take care girl and way to go!
