I bet you're wishing you were still in bed

Ugh, totally. I always get this heavy, fluish feeling the day or two after a marathon. I think it's all the toxins my body produced during the race. Plus I'm all swelled up. But I'm walking surprisingly well and I actually dashed down the subway stairs like a normal person. I still can't wait to get back into my compression tights and back into bed tonight!

Indeed! I have a couple really outstanding ones I've been saving, mostly gifts from my brother who has phenomenal taste in wines, particularly Napa cabs. I think I'll open a really good one to celebrate.
