The fun part is that the post count to beat is always going up...right now I am about 1700 posts away, but crowny has made 300 posts in the last 2 months... ****** ugh...It isn't realistic. I think that the most posts I have made in one month is about 1400. let me see...I will go with top thirty. I will need to get at least to 6500 posts for that.  I find it hilarious that everyone is making secondary posting goals |

Try this: Open the control panel. Scroll down to where it says "Use rich edit box when composing messages?" Change this to NO. Scroll to the bottom and click SUBMIT. Scroll back up and click "Edit your training settings." Go to your Goals. Remove ALL the code you see there. Then come back here and..... In your short term goals, copy and paste the following: 1.) Break 35:00 for a 5K 2.) Break 1:00:00 for at 8K 3.) Continue training over the winter 4.) Listen to my body and avoid injury 5.) Pick races for next year. Done! Starting with the Shamrock Shuffle... In your long term goals, copy and paste the following: 1.) Finish Century Ride 2.) Finish Olympic length Triathlon Scroll down the bottom, and click APPLY. Go back to the control panel. Where it says "Use rich edit box when composing messages?" Click "TinyMCE Editor." Scroll to the bottom and click SUBMIT. Then come back here and copy one of the tables. Paste it into your log. If you have problems, let us know and I'll explain how to copy the code portion itself.  Thank you!!! ALL BETTER! |
