My brother n law who was national swim champion is taking videos of me swimming and will be helping me to hopefully swim better and like it! haha got a free flight on my airlines....see blog if you want to know how. my dad is doing ok....yesterday was a bad day for him...but seems to be doing a bit better today....just treated he and my mom to Cheesecake Factory for lunch....was delish! hope you are reaching those goals...thank you to each and everyone of you for all your thoughts/prayers and inspires....I SOOO APPRECIATE EACH OF YOU! love the sunshine you bring to me! train well everyone! will check in the next few days and promise to get back to some SUPER HERO INSPIRES when I return! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} julie obtw.....tried to catch up on the thread....but my evelyn woodhead superspeed reading class did not help! great job on the
