Im trying to think how to be creative with mine... maybe add a tail?

You could do yours in wings and holding a wand taken from behind perhaps?

I *should* be working but Im at that point in the middle of the massive projects where I just cant focus... Ive got most of the info I need... written some of it... got the entire doc laid out but now struggling to get motivated to write the detail!

Hard to believe isnt it?

Look at it this way...the gals have better self confidence.  The guys are so shy that they couldn't handle having a swim suit photo as their avatar.  They probably were so desperate that they had to skip work to get the last few workouts in. 

Yep, that's what happened. 

I don't know who's more self-conscience of their tush, the guys or the ladies??  Maybe a COJ poll could give some perspective on that?

i'm just aobut there myself! 2 major projects needing write ups :/

Well since I have to present it on the 18th I know I need to get organised!

Must get supporting doc sorted BEFORE I write the preso... would like to not be doing it in the 2 days before this time if I can help it!

I find a lot of guys dont really have a tush... whereas girls have them in lovely shapes...

No argument here!  BTW - the way you phrased "lovely" makes it sound cute or something, like something special and caring, or kinda sweet, how a British person would say it.  I like that.
