Too much work!!!!

It was a good day. Had to decide on who we were going to meritoriously promote to the next rank. So it was a good problem to have to deal with. Also we had to discuss personnel rotations to Iraq and Kuwait, this was a hot topic. Lets see there was discussion on picking up two choppers, two carrier detachment preparations for Jan and Feb, and finally preparing for an 8 week carrier detachment in July. LOL I guess I was busy after all.

Boy, I tell ya...you leave here and you get talked about...let that be a lesson to all you lurkers out there...

At least I completed the most important goal of the day, a short 3 mile run.  

at least i kept it out of the Nibbins notes - well sorta, the part about the sax anyway ;-)

although I did manage to get in a little over 18,000 yds of swimming

it's really a bummer too, cuz I was feeling so good about the run in the beginning of the month - sure wish I knew what I did to it

Hey Sal I heard your painting your nails as her reward, while wearing spokes kilt.  

At least you were smart and held back and didn't make it worse. Besides you did great in the swim, i can't wait to get to your level of swimming.

true - I've learned the hard way a few to many times ;-)  I actually probalby should have quit cycling b4 I did , but oh well

the Dec swim challenge is just right for me at this point in time - I can really let my foot heal!

I'll make a deal once my foot gets better - you cheer me on to your level of running and I'll cheer you on in swimming (of course we don't have to wait for the foot to get better for me to cheer on your swimming - LOL)

oh, I'm liking it!
