My dad's in town and we went to the pool together. He did 1/2 mile continuous. I ended up doing 2100. Had 2800 planned, but I think dad got tired of waiting. He was doing stretches at the end of the pool You should have swam FASTER. . (I'm so helpful..... LOL) Uh...yes...thanks Dee... |

Normally I don't drink beer - but tonight we went out to my favorite ale house and I had three lovely beers - Troeg Mad Elf (chocolate, cherry, honey), Rogue Hazelnut (chocolate hazelnut) and Legend Chocolate Porter (chocolate, chocolate, chocolate)...YUM! (Yes, Virginia, there is a theme to my beer drinking. ) Yumster! And I had dessert - which is so bad for me, but felt so great. Chocolate brownie mudslide. MMMMMMMMMM. No, I don't think I should step on the scale for the next week, but mmmmmm. A little bit of naughtiness is so worth it. I am naughty every day of the year and feel it's far better than the alternative. So what if I have to buy myself Christmas gifts? I always get what I want I hope Santa was good to everyone who is not on the naughty list like me. |
