Nothing says you can't run on a treadmill and then go right to the exercise bike. That would mostly be one workout if it was a quick tranistion. |

I have to admit, I didn't think I could accomplish the last challenge you posted........I'll give it some thought! logistically speaking, it's tough for me to fit in two disicplines this time of year |

I have to admit, I didn't think I could accomplish the last challenge you posted........I'll give it some thought! logistically speaking, it's tough for me to fit in two disicplines this time of year Truth be known, I don't know if I can fit it all in either, but that's why it is called a challenge and not a walk in the park. Mostly I am just trying to keep the exercise up, and I think this self challenge will help me accomplish this. |

There is a very slim chance that they could change the allocations and/or zones for the promotion board in Jan, but I doubt that will happen. If it doesn't, then it will not be for another year. So maybe next year I will have and allocation, then Jan 2010 I would compete for promotion. The sad thing is I was 95% positive that I would have gotten the promotion over my peers. Oh well. |

With a nights rest, I decided that this just reconfirmed that I need to put an Officer Package in. I think I would be happier as an officer than staying enlisted anyways. |
