I have posted a video in my album of me riding my bike, it is short, as i was just trying to see what i looked like on the bike, let me have your comments and compliments or critique. I trust my freaks the best ;0)
thanx
Firstly, did you get professionally fitted? No not yet, on the list if things to get done.
I'm not an expert and only giving some feedback from what I have gone through and from witnessing several Ironmen and other races. The angles looked okay. i thought so also, i can feel when i was too stretched and seat was too low and adjusted those
except the elbow to hand/wrist angle which has a rise/an incline instead of a level platform. I'm questioning that. I noticed that also, easily fixed, i went a little higher to give my Gut some extra room for the extra padding
You're pedaling appears to be fine, with doing "full circles" and not pointing the toe down, thus causing stress on the knee.
I thought that you're back appeared to be a little "humped" up slightly, too. I saw that and comapred it to pics on Bikesport's website, and it seems to be a comfort/flexability thing.
Since the video is short and is shot while you are riding outside and not on a stationary setup, it's a little tougher to judge some other things. I do not own a trainer yet, i am merely going by feel outside on short rides, this is the most comfortable i have been on the bike.
Thanx Phil, it is nice to see you here again!!!!
