I agree - my running feels great lately too!

But holy crap, did you see that June Bugs somehow pulled ahead by 200 posts?? That is craziness!

It took a lot of sheer post padding.... "determination....."

kromanowski - 2009-06-14 5:50 PM Hi all!  Just a quick fly by...I had my first "real" triathlon today (previous race was a super sprint...and yes I count it, but it somehow felt all new today because I had to wrap my head around longer distances)  Anyway the good news is that it adds 3.1 miles to my total!  and I had a great time!!!

Race day TOPPage

Congrats!

28 days till my parents come to visit from Scotland.  Haven't seen them since last April Oh boy! I'm excited

I visited Scotland this past year -- the highlands are absolutely beautiful.  And Edinburgh is so much fun.  I loved the trip!

Another run in this morning.  I felt uncharacteristically fast and had an awesome time.  Now, if we can only catch up with the June Bugs, I'd be a happy camper.

Evening folks!

Got in a nice, slow, easy swim this evening. It was about 97* when I went to the pool so the water felt amazing. Still am sore in the legs and may or may not do a short run the AM; I will wake up and see how I feel, then decide!

Hope everyone had a great day!

MORNING TEAM.

sounds like we all have our RUN ON!  WOOT.

as for those still recovering from their respective adventures (myself included(continue to) recover well.

i've seen these challenges won (and lost) in the final days.

nothing is etched in stone.

PERSISTENT

CONSISTENT

EFFORT.

THAT'S WHAT WILL WIN IN THE END.

JUST KEEP RUNNING.
