Yes, definitely get it looked at. You will be fine for IMMOO if you need to rest now!

You could take sevral different shots with the bike shorts, Speedo, nothing and send them to me and I will evaluate and recommend what to use for your avatar.


Actually if anyone wants to volunteer as photographer this would be much easier

Yesterday was not a good day for me. I went for a morning run and some minor groin pain that had been bugging me since the crash turned into a full fledged shooting pain that caused me to hobble the last mile home.  It's still sore as hell today.  So if there's any ghoulies that want to come massage and ice my groin area the offer is out there
 
Running is definitely off the table for awhile. I am contemplating heading in to see my PT to get an official diagnosis/treatment plan although I'm pretty sure it's just a strained muscle that will require lots of rest.  Just 5 weeks to go until IMMOO and things are getting interesting.


Hope you figure it out. That really sucks Neal. You will do great at IMMOO though

PS. The world is about reciprocation (well my world is)...I dunno if I will be kind enough to come over after you left me on Friday when I needed a nap or on Sat when my neck was really bugging me...I'm debating...

So. Officially less than a week left in BC!

My 3 days at home have already been spoken for (I feel somewhat popular....haha). The first event is Team Physl reunion (we called ourselves team physl...there are 9 of us...we all graduated physiology together...we understand it is dorky to call ourselves Team Physl). Then Indian food buffet with one friend (who incidently is a part of team physl...but we need extra time) and then a few scattered things with other people.

I also want to get a new bed. So maybe one friend date will include bed shopping trip.

Then Vegas! (Could someone please tell someone in the know down there that I would greatly appreciate the CAN dollar to raise up to par for a few days?? Tx. )

Only one. Bill disagrees with this, but IMHO it is more motivational for everyone of only the last person has to do it. If you fall behind there is still hope. If everyone but the top person has to do it I don't see as much motivation. That's just my thinking though.

Haha. I like the "no excuses" Assatar challenge...

I forgot to tell you all. But now that I have remembered, during the bike of the half this one guy and I were yoyoing a bit during some of the climbs. I would take him on the climb and he would take me on the flat...this happened about 3-4x. He would have had a very nice assatar. I distinctly remember thinking "he has a nice azz"...funny where your mind goes during a race, isn't it?
