My new boss thinks I have a brain. I guess he'll find out the truth soon enough  That sounds more like a party I know how to deal with! Im all for a pair of jeans a pretty top and heels... ok a little more dressy than that kind of party... anything dressier and I dont know what to do with myself |

Man, I haven't worked that hard in a class (or video) in a long time and I take some hard azz classes! A grand total of 8 sets of pushups spread throughout, monster lunges, plank series. ..And it lives up to the title, the only thing sed is a towel. It's a seriously hardcore workout but it didn't leave me wiped out, just knew I had worked is all. Now about that little black dress thing...The last 2 functions I went to I wore a black lace turtleneck with a different lace skirt (black lace over cream) and got monsterous compliments. People thought I had some expensive dress on and it was definitely a steal hmm sounds good!!!! the dress ad the DVD |

Also, are you changing up your swim workouts? Pushing out of your comfort zone? Swimming with others? These can all help snap you out of your swim funk. I am stuck, myself. I swim 1:30/100. It doesn't matter if it's a 400, a 1500, or 1.2 miles. I swim the same pace no matter what. Something I must work on when I actually get back in the pool Thanks! Some good stuff to think about! Flexibility is possibly part of it... Definitely, I need to look at pushing out of the comfort zone and changing up the workouts. I've been doing mostly 500 yd swims. Maybe I need to do some shot sprints, too. Swimming with others - good idea. I wish that was an option! I live in a small town. I posted on the NC state forum, and there is a masters group about 45 minutes drive from here. If I can figure out how to get there in time, I may go every now and then. (Work interferes with so much! LOL) Thanks! Definitely good advice there. |

Im thinking maybe something simple dress wise then get some OTT accessories big sparkly jewellery and maybe...gasp... gloves? (If i can find somewhere to get some) sounds like you have a couple of good back ups, I wouldn't worry too much about the mid section - I'm sure you are far more critical of yourself than anyone else will be simple is good - ohhh, soooooo much fun!!! haha worst case scenario I have a party skirt then id just have to buy a prty top... I have like NO clothes... I ahve about 6 tops I rotate every week... thats it! ONLY 6 TOPS!!! Don't go too big on the earings if your hair is up, simple dangly with sparkle (ie Vera Wang knock offs) Still need help, check out luckymag.com Actually i have little drop earings and a matching necklace just have to be areful not to loose them... Will definatley be too hot for a sweater.... unless sumer decides to tkae a break again... but I love the idea of a silk shirt... no diea where I would find one... hmm... Sorry, I have a hard problem with the whole celcius to farenheit conversion Do y'all have discount stores like TJMax or Nordstrom Rack (places that sell designer brands dirt cheap)?

You need to go shopping. What style is the party skirt? Is it Black? YOU NEED TO FIND THOSE FISHNETS!!!! What about trying to go with a jewel tone satin shirt for the party skirt? Or better yet a sweater with a little lamae (sp?) woven in. Then use the second pair of shoes from your filing cabinet. Hair up in classic do (like french twist) classic but can still be sexy.
