haha Im just trying to decide if I want a month off... I mean Nibbins will still give me a reason to visit right? Just of challenges, i think I might train better if Im not trying to do crazy things to make my goal in one sport.... I saw that... Im kind of hoping there will be a new weight loss one in the new year... I don't think I'm going to do the next one, for some reason it seems like it almost backfires for me - I think I'm just going to stick with my WW thread for support and the occasional KITA! The weight loss challenges work really well for a lot of people though! There are a lot of really great people involved I did one AGES ago and it didnt really work for me... I could go back to WW but there just arent meetings at a good time for me near home, although I do have a car now... Alternatively I could just use your thread but... I dont know... I need to be accountable somewhere! |

Hi Pam - how was your day? from your blog post sounds like there's maybe a new interest in swim team in your family? DD wanted to do it last year, but she had just turned six. I thought another year of lessons would do her good. I'm urging DS to try it now at age 9 because the distances are still short. Hate for his first year on team to be with mandatory flip turns. They both enjoy triathlon, but get clobbered on the swim. |
