I'm sad, b/c I think I'm going to reach my band grade in another year!!!! Wow!!! 2% COLA... what was the annual eval increase year?? I think ours combined topped at 3% Ouch, I've heard stories from the old timers about years with 5% totals, but never NO raise.... Of course I better keep my fingers crossed... they're still working on our 09 budgets, and it doesn't look good. |

I went kayaking and saw a guy with one of those over the shoulder speedos on... It was neon green, and he had this crazy blonde wig on, and another black wig stuffed in his pants. He was standing at the bow of his canoe, drunk, in all his pasty white glory. I was extremely intoxicated... so I started laughing so hard that I tipped the kayak... lol Over the shoulder speedo? And neon green, with not one, but TWO wigs? Gee. Your life is far more interesting than mine......... |
