I felt my left shoulder pop in the shower this morning and then felt pain whenever I turned my head to the left. So I figure no swimming. When I get to work, the morning guard is sick and she schedules to work a double shift. Since I'm not working out, I take her shift too. Then my boss comes in at noon and asks how late I can stay because he has stuff he needs me to finish. So I got home about 5 minutes before the kiddos, with more work to do tonight because I didn't get everything finished. And today is kid activity day.
